In the case of event cancellations or postponements by us or the event organizers, you will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. If an event is postponed, you will have the option to attend the rescheduled event or request a refund. HighMindedMusic.com also offers content creation services, including 2D/3D animation, CGI, and VFX. If you need to cancel a service order before the commencement of the project, you may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the progress made. We reserve the right to retain a percentage of the service fee as compensation for time and resources allocated to the preparation phase. If the project has already begun, no refund will be issued for services rendered up to the point of cancellation. We may, however, issue a partial refund based on the remaining portion of the project that has not yet been completed, minus any costs already incurred. If we must terminate a service contract due to unforeseen circumstances or your violation of our Terms and Conditions, we will provide a refund for any unfulfilled portion of the service.

For digital products, such as downloadable content, media, or files purchased through HighMindedMusic.com, all sales are final. No cancellations or refunds will be granted for digital products once the download has commenced. We recommend reviewing the product details carefully before completing your purchase to ensure you are fully satisfied with the product.

Tickets and services purchased during promotional or discounted sales are non-refundable. Promotional items are offered at a reduced rate and, as such, are subject to different terms.
